Hollywood Dave: Is it critical to call Shark Law right away?
Rob the Shark: Absolutely. The reason being is, the insurance companies are always trying to put themselves ahead. They have their investigators taking witness statements, and we always want to beat them to it. We are pretty fast, but we need your help. So, when you’re in an accident, give us a call right away. We will get our investigators out there to the scene, we will get out investigators to start taking witness statements as well. That allows us to shape your case from the get-go. We get out there and are as aggressive as possible to begin securing your case. Without securing that initial phase of the case, we start falling behind. So, the quicker you call us the quicker we can go to war for you.
Hollywood Dave: Hey Rob, what got you into motorcycles?
Rob the Shark: You know riding to me is therapy. We all have our daily stresses. When I get on the bike everything just stops; it’s the moment, it’s the wind, it’s the feeling, it’s the thought process. Why spend money on shrinks when you can ride? That’s the #1 therapy at least in my opinion. You know… the love for motorcycles, the community, the riders, is what I kind put one and two together and said to myself: “apply your love and passion to what you currently do.” And that’s how Shark Law started. We took the passion we have for the community and the riders and said let’s give something back. Let’s help the community of riders. Let’s help the riders if God forbid something should happen, they can continue riding. We want to be part of the community; we love the community, and we are part of the community. We love going to events, we love to answer questions, we love to help, we love you guys. Shark Law is always riding by your side!
Hollywood Dave: I have full coverage insurance. That’s all I need right?
Rob the Shark: You know Dave, I hear a lot of people say they have full coverage insurance. Is that the case? Not always! These are the scenarios that pop up. When I ask a client: “what is your coverage?” I’ll hear a lot of times” “I have full coverage.” When I’ll ask them: “Well, tell me a little bit about it. What is your coverage up to?” They can’t answer that, and I don’t blame them. I don’t blame you for not knowing and I don’t blame the insurance agents for not explaining properly. However, they should. Give us a call, we are not insurance agents; we are motorcycle attorneys. We want to make sure you’re protected. Give us a call and ask us: “I believe I have full coverage. What do I have? Do I in fact have full coverage? If I specifically know that I do, what am I covered up to?” That’s what’s Important. I have guys and gals that call me, telling me they have full coverage, and I find out they don’t have Uninsured Motorist. Or if they do have Uninsured Motorist, they have the bare minimum of $15,000 in coverage. Your case could easily be worth $100,000 what are you going to do with $15,000? You have to be educated about that. I will make sure I do it for you as your attorney. Give me a call, I will be happy to explain it to you.
Hollywood Dave: What happens when road conditions cause a crash?
Rob the Shark: Love that question Dave, you know we always have to prove who’s at fault we got to show that somebody was negligent. What caused that road condition to be dangerous? Was it the rain from the night before, was it the county workers that forgot to cover it, that’s our job that’s where we step in to identify and find out what was wrong with that road condition, how did it become dangerous? So once we are able to identify the party at fault we then put our game plan together and rest assured if that party was responsible for that road condition and you go down as a result of it and get injured we’re going to be going after them very simple.
