Hollywood Dave: Rob, there are a lot of personal injury attorneys, what makes a motorcycle attorney any better?
Rob the Shark: You know when a motorcycle accident occurs and I read the police report, I step into their shoes. I know exactly what they are going through. I get on their bike mentally and go through the accident. Take lane splitting. If you don’t ride a motorcycle how are you going to understand what is happening in that lane split? The instincts of the rider… Split second decisions. Only a rider can understand that. And that’s where a motorcycle attorney that actually rides – and rides a lot, rides daily – will understand. I even ride to the courthouse with my suit in the saddlebag.
I will ride out to you. I will ride to the hospital. I will ride to your home. That’s what
I do to understand even better. And that’s the advantage that we have at Shark Squad over other firms who quote en quote call themselves motorcycle attorneys.
Hollywood Dave: Wow! Thank you Rob! That makes a lot of sense. Remember, Shark Squad is always riding by your side.

Hollywood Dave: Hey Rob, as a motorcycle attorney, have you ever been in an accident?
Rob the Shark: David, when I tell you and I tell my clients that I step into your and their shoes as an attorney, and say that I know what you’re going through, I mean that. I have been involved in a couple of accidents, none of them were my fault thank God. My last accident was the most severe one. I had a gentleman cut me off
as I was splitting lanes. I went up flying in the air. Did a full flip, felt like superman for a minute until I kissed the back of a trailer. Bounced back off that for 12 feet and fell to the ground. So, when I tell you I go through the mechanics of the accident, I truly do. Both on the legal end, and on the riding end. As a rider I know what you are going through. When you come into my office and tell me what happened to you, I step into your shoes. There’s complete empathy. I know what you’re going through.
Hollywood Dave: Are you ever going to stop riding?
Rob the Shark: #$@&% No!

Hollywood Dave: Is it critical to call Shark Squad right away?
Rob the Shark: Absolutely. The reason being is, the insurance companies are always trying to put themselves ahead. They have their investigators out in the field. They are taking witness statements and we always want to beat them to it. We are pretty fast, but we need your help. So, when you’re in an accident, give us a call right away. We will get our investigators to the scene to start taking witness statements. That allows me to shape your case from the get-go. That allows me to get out there and be aggressive as possible and start to secure your case. Without securing that initial phase of the case, we start falling behind. So, the quicker you call us the quicker we can go to war for you.
Hollywood Dave: Evidently, that’s very important information to know. Remember Shark Squad is always riding by your side.

Hollywood Dave: What if I feel okay after an accident but I hurt later on?
Rob the Shark: Excellent question! It is extremely important to communicate your injuries to your attorney and to your doctor. The last thing you want to do is settle a case and find out the damages for a specific injury were not included. That’s why it is so important to work with the right doctors that can identify any future medical care you need. So, that being said, if it included prior to the settlement you will get the credits for, if something does pop up, you will be covered. So, it is very important to communicate every single injury and whatever is on your mind with both your attorney and your doctor. You do not want to settle a case without the future damages. You have any questions give us a call. We are here for you. We will take you through the process and make sure your settlement is secured.
Hollywood Dave: That’s great to know. Remember Shark Squad Is always riding by your side.

Hollywood Dave: If I’m in an accident and feel okay, should I get checked out anyway?
Rob the Shark: David from my experience as a motorcycle injury attorney, a lot of our body after an accident is under adrenaline. Give it a couple of days to see how you feel. That pain can sneak up on you really quick and when it does, you want to make sure and get checked out right away. The longer you wait, the worst the injuries are going to become and guess what? Insurance companies love when you don’t get check out. Because they’ll turn around and say that you failed to seek medical attention in a timely manner. That’s your own fault and we are not paying for all those injuries. Or your credibility becomes an issue, hey why didn’t you get treatment right away? So, keep a good eye on that even if it’s a slight pain, get it checked out. Have that peace of mind. God forbid it gets worse later. If you have any other questions, give me a call. I’ll be more than happy to take you through it and explain everything from A-Z.
