Hollywood Dave: Rob, you seem to give a lot back to the community, what are some of your favorite ways of giving back?

Rob the Shark: You know Dave, we love to give back to the community, we love our military, we love our first responders, we love helping kids. We try to give back as much as possible during the holidays or by doing special rides, going to events, raising money, donating and doing pro bono work. The community is very important. The community supports us, and we do everything to support the community.

Hollywood Dave: Do you have investigators, or do I need to find an investigation service?

Rob the Shark: You do not need to find an investigation service you come straight to us. Shark Law Motorcycle Attorneys will provide the investigators. We have plenty of investigators that will go out to the scene of the accident, they will take measurements, they will take photographs, and they will go one extra step that the police officer might not. Why? Because they are there to help us with your case. They are part of team. We have plenty of them. You have nothing to worry about. When you come on board you have a full team behind you.

Hollywood Dave: If I’m injured how do I get treatment?

Rob the Shark: That’s the last thing you need to worry about. We have numerous doctors that specialize in different areas, and they will be assigned to your case. They will take care of you, they will treat you, and will make sure that you are 100% OK; and if you’re not, they will make sure to set up your treatment plan for the future. That is something that’s very important to prove up your case. When it comes to doctors don’t worry about it we got you.

Hollywood Dave: Have you had cases where your experience as a rider has helped you win?

Rob the Shark: Absolutely Dave. I myself have been riding for many years. If you go down while you’re splitting lanes for example which is legal in California, I can understand as I’ve been there. I’ve been cut off before. I split lanes every day. In fact, I rather be splitting lanes at all times. Splitting lanes, riding in the HOV lane, all these things matter because when someone crosses the lane and hits you, I know what it’s like. I have gone through that. I spent time in the hospital myself and I know what it takes to argue a case from the motorcycle attorney’s perspective.
