The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.” Psalm 32:8
Guidance… a scary word for many people. But is it really guidance that scares us or the “unknown”? Guidance can come from God along with His discernment and His wisdom when we are in a good place but also when we are not. That is when we are in the Unknown. We went through that season recently when God did a miracle in our lives and gave us a child. The unknown is always uncomfortable and can be scary at times. But the truth is, that is when we seek our Father the most and although we are in an unknown path and territory, we are more sensitive and attentive to God’s guidance and most of the time follow it because we do not know what else to do. Following His guidance, when in the Unknown is a good place to be.
God never leads us to do anything that is contrary to the Bible.

Dear Lord, I pray that my children will seek Your guidance in every aspect of their lives. You have promised to guide them along the path of Your choosing, I pray that they will follow Your lead. And I pray that they will follow closely in the footsteps of Your Son.
I pray that my children will draw near to You, Father with the confidence that You will lead them to a place of abundance in peace. And as they make that journey, let them share Your good news with all who cross their path. Amen.
Train up a child in the way he should go even when he is old he will not depart from it.
