Sena have officially launched the 60S Evo, a new flagship version of their 60-series motorcycle intercom, bringing Sound by Bose to the premium unit alongside Mesh 3.0 and cellular-based Wave Intercom connectivity.
Priced at $459.00 for a single and $879.00 for a dual pack, the 60S Evo sits just above the $459.00 60S – which we reviewed after 9000 miles and awarded four out of five stars – and builds on that platform with revised audio software and updated connectivity features.
It’s still considerably cheaper than main rival Cardo’s Packtalk Pro system, which costs $529.00 for a single and $979.85 for a dual pack.
As revealed earlier this year, Sena have partnered with Bose to integrate the American firm’s WaveForm Audio Engine into selected intercoms, including the 60S Evo.
Irving, Texas, United States – April 13, 2026 – Sena Technologies Inc., the global leader in advanced motorcycle communication, today announced Sound by Bose technology is coming to the Sena product portfolio this year.
Sound by Bose technology will first, debut with the new 60S EVO and 60X communication units. The collaboration represents Sena’s commitment to delivering the ultimate connected riding experience, combining Sena’s industry-leading communication tech with Bose’s decades of audio innovation.

The Ultimate Listening Experience on the Road
The integration of Sound by Bose technology is specifically engineered to address the unique challenges of the motorcycle environment, where wind, engine, and road noise often compromise audio quality. By pairing Sena’s compact helmet speakers with the Bose WaveForm Audio Engine and Bose Sound Design Tuning, Sena delivers clearer, fuller sound for real-world rides.
Riders using the new 60 Series will benefit from:
- Intelligible Navigation & Comms: Critical ride information and intercom audio stay clear and enjoyable, even as speeds and noise levels change.
- Bose WaveForm Audio Engine: This audio engine powers richer, more consistent helmet audio in the following ways:
- Fuller Sound at All Volumes: Dynamic EQ helps low-to-moderate listening stay richer and more satisfying without needing to blast the volume.
- Balanced High-Volume Output: As riders increase volume to cut through road noise, the system maintains a smoother tonal balance, ensuring vocals and navigation cues remain easy to understand.
- Stable Audio Performance: Intelligent protection and output control reduce distracting loudness “surges” or “pumping” at maximum volume, providing a more consistent listening experience at speed.

A Vision for Connected Riding
“At Sena, our core mission has always been to deliver a superior and connected riding experience,” said Tae Kim, CEO of Sena Technologies Inc. “By integrating Sound by Bose technology into our systems, we are delivering an exquisite audio experience that fundamentally improves how riders connect with their music, their navigation, and each other”.
The 60S EVO and 60X are the first Sena products to launch featuring these Bose-engineered enhancements, cementing their status as Sena’s most premium and technologically advanced devices. Sena confirms that Sound by Bose technology integration will expand to other product lines in the future.
