Rob the Shark: Obviously we specialize in motorcycle accidents and obviously there’s leverage in those cases. However, we have wonderful attorneys who also specialize with automobile cases. Hollywood Dave: What if I’m in an accident and I don’t have insurance?

Rob the Shark: You know David? It happens, but obviously you should have insurance. If you don’t have insurance and you are in a motorcycle accident and you want to present a claim, you are limited by law. You fall under what the law calls a proposition 213. You cannot get your pain and suffering and emotional distress. What we call noneconomic damages. However, we will always help you. Call us. Whether you had insurance or not. We will help you. You can still recover economic damages. Such as damages to your motorcycle, your medical bills, your hospital bills, we are not here to make a buck. We are here to help you. Hollywood Dave: There are a lot of personal injury attorneys, what makes a motorcycle attorney any better?

Rob the Shark: You know when an accident occurs to a rider and I read the police report, I step into their shoes. I know exactly what they are going through. I get on their bike mentally and go through the accident. Lane splitting for example, if you don’t ride a motorcycle how are you going to understand what is happening in that lane split? We have the same instincts, the instincts of the rider. Split second decisions. Only a rider can understand that. And that’s where a motorcycle attorney that actually rides and understands, rides every day, rides to the courthouse with his suit in the saddlebag. I have been involved in a couple of accidents, none of them were my fault thank God. My last accident was the most severe one. I had a gentleman cut me off as I’m splitting lanes. Went up flying in the air. Did a full flip, felt like superman for a minute until I kissed the back of a trailer truck. Bounced off that twelve feet back and fell. When I tell you, I go through the mechanics of the accident, I truly do. Both on the legal end and both on the riding end. As a rider I know what you are going through.
