Minneapolis, MN – CFMoto USA is thrilled to announce an exciting collaboration with Roland Sands Design (RSD) to create “The Vandal,” a custom motorcycle build based on the newly launched Ibex 450. This dynamic partnership aims to showcase the on-road capabilities of the Ibex 450 blending CFMoto’s innovative engineering with Roland Sands’ unique design heritage.
The Vandal: A Mini Super Hooligan Mix Roland Sands, with his extensive background in racing and urban design, brings a unique vision to this project – a mini super hooligan supermoto mix that appeals to enthusiasts who want to explore and maximize the Ibex 450’s street capabilities. The Vandal is designed to be an accessible inspiration for at-home customizers, featuring mostly CFMoto sport motorcycle parts and readily available components from performance suppliers. Tapping into the full potential of CFMoto’s 450 twin, the Vandal aims to make road racing more accessible by offering the right blend of performance and approachability.

Moto Beach Classic 2024: The Vandal Takes Center Stage
The “Vandal” will make its debut at the 2024 Moto Beach Classic, held at Bolsa Chica State Beach in the heart of California’s two-wheeled culture, organized by Roland Sands Design.
In conjunction with the Moto Beach Classic, CFMoto and RSD will host the Gymkhana race, where a handful of riders will showcase the unique capabilities of the Vandal alongside a field of independent competitors as they navigate through a challenging autocross-style track featuring tight turns and obstacles, testing bike control skills like throttle control, braking, and extreme lean angles at low speed. The winner of the main race event will take home a 2024 CFMoto Papio SS motorcycle.
