Rob The Shark: Don’t worry about that, that’s what we’re here for. You don’t have to have medical coverage or medical insurance when you have the right attorney. Hollywood Dave: How can bikers make sure that they are completely protected by their insurance policy?

Rob The Shark: Most important thing is liability. California and many other states require liability. Without liability, you will get your license suspended. That’s a basic fact. Comprehensive and collision is important. God, forbid you go down, and it’s your fault, or someone hits you and does not have insurance you will be stuck. Comprehensive and collision will allow you to get your motorcycle repaired. All paid for. The most important thing that is underrated and nobody preaches on is the uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. It’s not just about your bike it’s about you. If you go down, or the other party doesn’t have insurance, or they carry the bare minimum like $15,000, you find yourself in the hospital with broken bones and your case is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Without uninsured/underinsured coverage, you got nothing. Contact your insurance agent and get the highest amount. You want to cover emotional distress, pain, and suffering, it’s not just about your medical bills. With uninsured/underinsured you will have a case against the other party. Again, I don’t want to sound like a broken record but uninsured/underinsured motorist and obviously there are other little coverages that will benefit you. So, ask your insurance agent about them. Hollywood Dave: What happens when road conditions cause a crash?

Rob the Shark: Love that question Dave, you know we always have to prove who’s at fault we got to show that somebody was negligent. What caused that road condition to be dangerous? Was it the rain from the night before, was it the county workers that forgot to cover it, that’s our job that’s where we step in to identify and find out what was wrong with that road condition, how did it become dangerous? So, once we are able to identify the party at fault we then put our game plan together and rest assured if that party was responsible for that road condition and you go down as a result of it and get injured we’re going to be going after them very simple.

Hollywood Dave: As your clients do we have to find our own doctors?

Rob the Shark: You don’t have to find your own doctor of course if you have a doctor you prefer to go to go for it, but that’s our job. Our job is coordinate your medical treatment, we want to make sure you are getting the right care, we want to make sure the right doctors are being appointed to you. One it’s all about your health but at the same time we need to prove up your case, we need to show the insurance companies what were this guy or gals injuries right certain type of injuries will award a certain amount for damages so that’s our job we are going to set you up with the best doctors in the business that are going to look at you head to toe, get the MRI’s the x-rays examinations whatever is needed will be catered to you, again we want you to be healthy at the end of the day and at the same time we want to present a strong case for damages.
